NEPBA Welcomes Londonderry Employees Association

Chelmsford, MA — January 22, 2026 — The New England Police Benevolent Association (NEPBA) is proud to announce that the Londonderry Employees Association has officially joined the NEPBA family and will now be recognized as NEPBA Local 222. This affiliation marks another major step forward in NEPBA’s continued growth across New England and reinforces the Association’s mission of delivering strong, professional representation for public safety employees.

“This is an important and exciting moment for the Londonderry Employees Association,” said Tom Turco, Executive Director of NEPBA. “When locals choose NEPBA, they are choosing a union built on accountability, credibility, and results. We are committed to providing Londonderry’s members with first-rate representation, responsive service, and the resources necessary to protect their rights and strengthen their working conditions.”

The local union leadership emphasized that the decision reflects a commitment to ensuring members receive strong advocacy and support moving forward:

By joining NEPBA, Local 222 gains access to a comprehensive network of union expertise and resources, including collective bargaining support, legal and grievance representation, strategic labor guidance, and member-centered programming designed to strengthen and protect public safety professionals across the region.
