The NEPBA / UFPO have petitioned the leadership of New York CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION to follow the NEPBA lead in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with the presumption bill for the COVID-19 Virus. Thus, making MASS Legislation bills (H4611 & S2602), which were written by NEPBA and filed by Rep. JIM Arcerio & Sen. MICHAEL MOORE the forefront for the congressional legislation below:
