NEPBA SUPPORTS COPS FOR KIDS WITH CANCER!

Everett Police Local 97 President will run Boston Marathon

Hello, my name Robert Hall, I am a Police Officer with the City of Everett with over 24 years of service.

I have run and completed a total of 16 marathons since 2009, including 8 Boston marathons, and have fund-raised for Cops For Kids With Cancer since 2013. During that time and with the assistance of my brothers and sisters at the Everett Police Department as well the countless others who have donated, a total exceeding $85,000 has been raised to help support Cops For Kids With Cancer.

As a police officer, I fully understand the importance of giving back to my community. Cops For Kids With Cancer is one of the great organizations, which gives back directly to families, who in a time of need, depend on the funds provided by this organization to help ease some of their financial burdens. As a father myself, I find it unimaginable to comprehend what these families go through. Meeting some of these families and seeing their graditude first hand has been humbling.

I am honored once again to be given the opportunity and blessed enough to be able to run to help raise funds for the families who are struggling through their difficult journeys of fighting childhood cancer.

I am asking that you help me by making a small donation to my fundraising efforts this year for Cops For Kids With Cancer. As little as a $1 per mile can help. I also ask that you share this message with as many friends and family members as possible to help spread the word about Cops For Kids With Cancer.

Thank you for all of your support and encouragement as I not only train towards marathon day on April 16, 2018, but strive to reach and exceed my fundraising goals!
