NEPBA FAMILY MOURNS TRAGIC LOSS OF RUTLAND CITY VERMONT POLICE OFFICER JESSICA EBBIGHAUSEN
On July 7, 2023 Officer Jessica Ebbighausen was tragically killed when her patrol vehicle was struck head on by a suspect being pursued in a burglary. Officer Ebbighausen was just 19 years old and had recently started her dream career with the Rutland City Police a month earlier. The entire New England Police Benevolent Association extends our deepest condolences to her family, as well as her extended family, the Rutland City Police Department. The entire law enforcement community grieves with you.
