Town demoted probationary sergeant – NEPBA filed complaint alleging retaliation for union activities

AYER MASS – The Town of Ayer, Massachusetts demoted a probationary sergeant. The NEPBA  filed A complaint alleging retaliation for union activities and DIVISION OF LABOR RELATIONS  found probable cause to agree with us.  Lengthy hearing, objections and arguments by the Town and DLR did not accept any of its legal arguments.   READ HERE:
