NEPBA WINS DEMOTION CASE IN BRATTLEBORO, VERMONT
Another outstanding job by NEPBA Attorney Tom Horgan by successfully arguing and wining a reinstatement of a Brattleboro Vermont Police Sergeant. The Sergeant was demoted for admittedly violating a direct order form a supervisor. Despite the violation Attorney Horgan was able to successfully argue there were mitigating circumstances for violating the order which the arbitrator relied on and ultimately reinstated the Sergeant.
