NEPBA Calls for Immediate Settlement in Bourne Patrol Officers’ Contract Negotiations

The New England Police Benevolent Association (NEPBA) has issued a public letter urging the Town of Bourne to reach a fair and timely contract settlement for Bourne’s patrol officers. After months of good-faith negotiations without resolution, the matter has now been filed with the Joint Labor Management Committee. NEPBA is calling on Town leadership to act now—before further delays impact staffing, morale, and community trust.
