New decision on behalf of the Chatham Dispatchers

Attached is a recent Board decision on behalf of the Chatham Dispatchers. This case involved the unilateral implementation of a performance evaluation program without notice and opportunity to the Union. The performance eval could then be used to discipline members. NEPBA Attorney Tom Horgan filed a charge with the labor board and the board just issued a complaint in the unions favor. Below is a summary of the case.
