NEPBA ATTORNEY HORGAN SUCCESSFULLY ARGUED AGAINST TERMINATION
NEPBA Attorney Tom Horgan has once again exhibited why he is considered one of the top labor attorneys in New England. Attorney Horgan successfully argued that the Termination of a Dunstable Police Sergeant for allegedly coming to work under the influence of alcohol was inaccurate. Arbitration award ordered the Sgt. back to work with full pay and benefits.
