Fired for Facebook Post – NEPBA wins reinstatement of Warren police officer

NEPBA Attorney Tom Horgan using his legal expertise has won a termination case where an Officer was fired for a Facebook post which the town deemed “offensive and unprofessional”.  Warren Massachusetts police officer Shawn Morin, NEPBA Local 195 was terminated for posting a meme on the town’s fire department Facebook page while off duty.   Read the entire case here.
