Rich Cote Rich has been on the job since August of 2000 and has been president of his local for over 5 years. Promoted to detective in 2005, Rich also is a Firearms Instructor as well as the Evidence Officer. Rich is also the commander of his local explorer post. He was instrumental in bringing the Epping NH Polce Department members into the NEPBA and currently holds the title of Regional Vice President for Eastern New Hampshire. »
