Diane Byrnes has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1997 and the Bar for the United States District Court since 2006.  She is a graduate of both Northeastern University School of Criminal Justice, (Under Graduate) and Suffolk University Law School.  While attending Suffolk University Law School, Diane was awarded the Thomas J. Drinan Memorial Fellowship which is awarded annually to a student who demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards of integrity and advocacy within the criminal justice system, and the character and skills to achieve these standards.  Diane began her criminal justice career as a police officer in Concord, Massachusetts.
