·       6% COLA (3% per year from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2010)
* Local 6 agreed to 6% for these two years with management.

 

·       ACROSS THE BOARD STEP RAISE   - to accept performance evaluations.  *Local 6 agreed to a step raise with management for performance evals.  NAGE PROPOSES EVALUATIONS FOR FREE!!!

 

·       PARITY IN PAY (a massive pay increase) for all ACCO’s to equal those ACCO’s in Middlesex/Suffolk Superior Court Officer’s Association.

 

·       ADDITIONAL CLOTHING ALLOWANCE FOR CO’S.

 

·       ADDITIONAL STEP FOR ALL ACPO’S due to added duties.

 

·       NAGE HAS BEEN OFFERED NOTHING FROM THE TRIAL COURT FOR FY 11, FY 12, AND FY 13, NOT 1%, 3%, 3%, as they would have you believe!
