Brian P. Fitzsimmons:

Attorney Fitzsimmons is a founding member of the firm and has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1994, the Bar for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts since 1995, the New Hampshire Bar since 1998 and the Bar for the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire since 2000.  Prior to founding the firm, he was a member of the law firm of Johnson, Hassett & Hanley of Boston.  He is a graduate of Providence College and New England School of Law.  Attorney Fitzsimmons is a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Attorney Fitzsimmons represents the interests of members of the New England Police Benevolent Association and the New England Coalition of Public Safety.  Mr. Fitzsimmons is the primary legal contact between Hanley, Hassett & Fitzsimmons, LLC and the two groups. 

Attorney Fitzsimmons focuses on the representation of individual and small business clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate development issues and contract matters.  Further, he represents individual and small business clients in all facets of civil litigation and probate matters.
