ACOIN Executive Director Brian Dawe has been nationally recognized for his work on private prisons. He has spoken before the Canadian Parliament, at the Minnesota School of Law and Yale University as well as numerous conferences and rallies. Yesterday, Mr. Dawe spoke with Brian "Bulldog" Tilton of 107.7 WTPL 'The Pulse' to discuss recent RFP requests for private jail systems in New Hampshire.
